HHS Library hosted its first book circle of the year, "Flame in the Mist." Students and teachers met after school to discuss the book and enjoy the novel-inspired snacks, including seaweed and noodles.

State Senator James Sturch visited Highland High School today. Mr. Sturch toured the campus and visited with a History class.

Congratulations to the HHS marching band. They competed at the Mid-South Classic in Jonesboro on Sat. The band received a superior rating with outstanding effect in their division. They were one of only four bands to receive a superior rating.

Congratulations to Coach John Hansen. He was recently inducted into the HSU Hall of Honor. Coach Hansen graduated from Highland and went on to play at HSU from 1977-1981. He is the career assists leader at HSU.

The Highland FBLA attended the Fall Conference held at ASU Mountain Home.
Justin Dunn attended a Ambassador Leadership Summit recently. The Summit took place at UCLA. Over 260 students from across the World attended. Ambassador Leaders seeks to inspire the next generation of global leaders. The is a great honor for Justin. Congratulations.
